Payment Policy

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking, applied to the total balance.
  • A 3% credit card processing fee applies at booking and on event day if paying by card.
  • Remaining balance is due on event day, BEFORE the party starts. Cash or card accepted.
  • Valid credit/debit card required to guarantee the reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Canceled events may be rescheduled for another available date.
  • Parties can be rescheduled ONLY ONCE.
  • Cancellations within ONE WEEK of the event may result in forfeiture of deposit.
  • YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE PACKAGE after the reservation is made.

We provide T-Mobile 5G internet. In some areas, we may request access to your home router via ethernet cable for optimal gaming.

Damage, Injury & Photo Policy

Game Squad is not liable for property damage from customer-requested positioning. Guests' damage may be charged to the client's card. All injury liability is the client's responsibility. By booking, you authorize photo/video use for advertising purposes.
