- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking, applied to the total balance.
- A 3% credit card processing fee applies at booking and on event day if paying by card.
- Remaining balance is due on event day BEFORE the party starts. Cash or card accepted.
- Valid credit/debit card required to guarantee reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Canceled events may be rescheduled for another date.
- Parties can be rescheduled ONLY ONCE.
- Cancellations within ONE WEEK of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE PACKAGE after the reservation is made.
